Education and Capacity Building in ICT
From February 2002 to 2003, an International UN Volunteer (IUNV) from Kenya, funded by the Japanese Trust Fund, worked together with UNDP, the Computer Education Trust and the Swaziland College of Technology (SCOT) to build human and institutional capacity at SCOT for the use and application of ICTs in its educational curriculum.
