Training and Maintenance
From June 2002 to October 2003, an International UN Volunteer (IUNV) from the Philippines, funded by the Japanese Trust Fund, was assigned to the Information Services Office to assist local staff in developing software and government databases. He provided training in programming and website creation and maintenance at the Government IT Training Center.
