Training Students in Network Technology
From February 2002, a National UN Volunteer (NUNV) worked for one year to promote the Cisco Networking Academy Program (CNAP) in Madagascar. Along with four colleagues, she helped train about sixty students in the Regional Academy, among these students, unemployed individuals and professionals in the IT field. Cisco has brought new technology to many different regions of the country, but this NUNV feels that the most important goal is the development of gender formation.
