Strengthening ICT Capacity for Education
From 2000 to 2001, two International UN Volunteers (IUNVs) from Togo and Tunisia supported the University of Bangui in strengthening capacity for high-quality ICT education for students as well as internal and public information mechanisms. Their assignment included managing the University’s IT network, supporting internet connectivity, establishing a university website and designing and implementing a training plan for national counterparts at the University.
