Mark Gannon
Mark Gannon works for the Institute for Volunteering Research as a Research Development Officer. For the past two years, he has worked on a United Kingdom-wide consortium project to manage the development of software to help volunteer hosting organisations collect and manipulate data on volunteers and provide standardised data for the Institute. Mark has written articles for Voluntary Action Journal on the use of the Internet and email by volunteer-involving organisations.
