Identifying Partners and Mobilizing Resources
An International UN Volunteer (IUNV) from Benin supported the National Director of the program “ICT for Human Development” as well as the National Coordinator of the “Project of Support to the Community Radios” in the execution and follow-up of these programs. During his one-year assignment, starting in December 2002, he identified local and regional partners who would support ongoing and new initiatives. In addition, he provided strategic advice to the national partners and contributed to the mobilization of additional resources.
